Today, more than two centuries later, the house is once again fulfilling its original purpose: to receive.

Casa de la Troje is an old house with a vibrant kitchen. A place where history isn't just displayed, it's felt. Where the past isn't nostalgia, but roots. Here, contemporary Mexican cuisine engages with time, interprets tradition, and brings it into the present with respect, sensitivity, and honesty.

We believe that eating is an act of remembering. That Mexican cuisine is a living language made of fire, corn, moles, broths, and silences. That a good meal not only nourishes the body, but also conversation, intimacy, and memory.

Therefore, the experience doesn't begin at the table, but at the threshold. You enter slowly. You lower your voice. You sharpen your senses. Because this house isn't visited: it's inhabited.
