Our Wines
In this house, among passionate friends of the Brotherhood of the Holy Uncorking, the idea for Hilo Negro wines arose.
Our first wine, from 2012, received 92 points in the Mexican Wine Tasters' Guide. This was by no means beginner's luck, as since then, year after year, we have received medals and awards at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, the most prestigious wine competition in the world. We have won 31 medals there: 3 Grand Gold, 12 Gold, and 16 Silver.
In 2025 we celebrate thirteen years of this winemaking adventure with seven labels of which we are deeply proud, seven wines woven together by the friendly, playful, and fun ethos of the network of wills, the commitment to viticulture, gastronomy and friendship.
