HAUTE COUTURE
96% Cabernet Sauvignon (Beckstoffer “Missouri Hopper” and Rentería “360”)
4% Nebbiolo (Hilo Negro)

Origin: Oakville, Napa Valley, United States and Ensenada, Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico.
It appears as an intense and full-bodied wine with good clarity and brilliance in the glass. Deep ruby red.
On the nose, notes of tobacco and chocolate, many spices such as clove, all due to the effect of aging in first-use French oak barrels for 29 months.
Abundant aromas of raspberry, cherry, and currant. On the palate, it presents soft, velvety tannins. With a long finish and excellent persistence.
A very balanced and fresh acidity.
