Hilo Negro ZigZag is a full-bodied wine with an intense color.

Aromas of cherries and raspberries with a touch of flowers.

With a pleasant flavor thanks to its soft tannins, it is fresh on the palate and very well-balanced. It has notes of caramel with a well-developed toasty flavor due to its careful aging of 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

It will improve with each year of aging. We recommend serving it at 16 or 17 degrees Celsius.

Hearty dishes and red meats in general, especially fattier ones like pork and lamb.
