Troje Coffee
Created by us, Café Troje has become a house classic. Made using the Irish coffee method but with unique ingredients, it will surprise you with its herbaceous notes and creamy texture. We flame it tableside. If you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for? 180 ml.

Chocolate tart with Maldon salt, accompanied by Oaxacan chocolate ice cream, served on a bed of seven-seed crumble. A rich chocolate truffle accompanies it. A long-time favorite. We suggest pairing it with a glass of Escala or Dic-Rac. You won't regret it. 170 g.

We've taken the traditional Italian dessert and combined it with vanilla ice cream—made with the pods of this orchid—cardamom ice cream, and espresso with freshly ground coffee. If you prefer the classic, order it with just vanilla ice cream. And if you're looking to explore other possibilities, order your affogato with mixed berry ice cream—you won't regret it.
