Stone Broth
The history of stone soup dates back to the ancient Chinantec culture, the indomitable one, in the state of Oaxaca. At your table, using an ancestral technique, we prepare the soup. Red-hot stones and seafood and river fish, when burned, generate a plethora of aromas and flavors. We recommend adding chintextle, a thick sauce made with dried shrimp, smoked pasilla peppers, and garlic, which adds an exceptional touch to the soup. We offer four options: 280 ml.
